Chef Delmond began his culinary studies in his native France at the Orleans Culinary School where he was honored as a 2nd apprentice. In sologne, under the tutelage of the famed Pierre Mesple, he won a top regional cooking award for game and river fish.

Duckpin bowling, originally created in the early 1900’s is making a 21st century comeback. Our new, modern alley has a playful throw-back style. Duckpin lanes are about the same length as ten-pin bowling, however, the pins are shorter and the balls are a smaller size, perfect for petite hands when the kids join in. Make no mistake, though, duckpin bowling is just as challenging and entertaining.
Featuring a menu created by Pinzimini’s stellar chefs, Pinz and Pints is a perfect location to gather to dine and play. Casual favorite foods will fill you up and put a smile on your face.
