Airfare, transfers, taxes & fees, gratuities, drinks, items of a personal nature, special add on events, excursions, golf, and spa treatments. Your deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your room and event space.

Payments will be divided equally by the number of months left before FINAL PAYMENT on July 15, 2024.

AutoPay: Your credit card on file will be charged automatically on the 15th of each month. Guests assume responsibility to provide updated credit card information for Auto Pay.

Late Payments: There is a $35 late payment fee. This will be assessed each time a payment is late. If you are 60 days past due, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation with no further obligation. Penalties will apply to cancellation due to non-payment.

Final Balance Due Date: All monies due must be paid in full by July 15, 2024.

Cancellations must be requested in writing. Additional pre or post hotel nights are non-refundable.

Cancellation Penalties: If you cancel before February 14, 2024, penalties are $150.00 per person + 3.5% of payments made to recover credit card processing fees.

If you cancel between February 15 and May 14, 2024, penalties are $250.00 per person + 3.5% of payments made to recover credit card processing fees.

Cancellations on or after May 15, 2024, all payments are non-refundable (100% penalty).

All cancellations are subject to a 3.5% credit card recovery fee.

Airline tickets issued in association with this event are subject to all the rules and penalties imposed by the individual airlines.
